Pastor Kevin has been involved in fulltime ministry since 1996. He formally served a church in Sioux Falls for 25 years. After stepping down from that position, he moved back to the family farm near Akron, Iowa. He has been serving Bethany Church since January of 2022. He begins most days in a hog building and spends most afternoons at Bethany. 

He is married to Jeanne, and between them, they have 5 children, and 3 (soon to be four) grandchildren. He enjoys date nights, golf, and just about anything Ohio State. He also loves working on the farm, cutting wood and updating the farm. He also loves good conversation over a cup of coffee, as long as the coffee is loaded with creamer!

We are led as a congregation by our consistory. The consistory is made up of four elders and four deacons. The elders are charged with the spiritual care of our members. The deacon's handle the physical care of the building and the financial care of the church and congregation.

It brings me joy to work at and help the people of Bethany Church. 

I have been the Office Administrator since April 2017. 

I am married and have 2 children. I enjoy a hot cup of coffee every morning, spending time in my flower garden, and a good nap. 

I am a recent graduate of the University of Sioux Falls with a degree in Business and Marketing. I was born and raised in Sioux Falls. I have previously done mission work, and I love working with youth and connecting with students. I have enjoyed the opportunity to help lead worship at Bethany. I love being outdoors and playing volleyball in the summer, and I am a huge fan of coffee and good conversation! I have been at Bethany since May 0f 2022.
